2026 OPL 3 and OPL U-20 Schedules Out Now
Three-conference format returns across both men’s and women’s divisions
The Ontario Premier League today revealed its OPL 3 and OPL U-20 men’s and women’s schedules for the 2026 season, with matches set to begin across the province on Saturday, April 18 and run through Friday, July 31.
OPL 3 will once again feature three regional conferences (Northeast, Central and Southwest) across both divisions, with each team playing a 14-match regular season. Conference winners, along with the top second-place finisher by points, will advance to the playoffs, culminating in a semifinal round and final. The OPL 3 champion will also have the option to accept promotion to OPL 2.
At the youth level, the newly branded OPL U-20 — formerly League1 Ontario U-20 — follows a similar conference and playoff structure, continuing to support the development of emerging talent within the provincial pathway.
